The BioDesign Foundation was founded on April 21, 2021 and registered in the commercial register in St. Gallen/Switzerland under the number CHE-362.179.487. We provide comprehensive transparency about our goals, our work and use of funds, our projects and actions. We will also make our annual reports, for the first time at the beginning of 2022, available here for inspection on an ongoing basis.

There are no uniform publication requirements for non-profit organizations. Our charitable work is made possible by the legacy of Professor Luigi Colani’s foundation and by donations and serves nature conservation. For our sustaining members as well as for anyone interested, we also provide information below in accordance with the requirements of the “Initiative Transparente Zivilgesellschaft” (Transparent Civil Society Initiative) in order to report on the efficient use of the charitable funds invested by us.

The BioDesign Foundation was established solely with the legacy of Professor Luigi Colani. It is autonomous and independent, without any corporate ties to third parties and solely committed to the statutory, non-profit nature conservation.
